Friends of EPL Harry Potter Fall Party

Join Friends of the Elkins Public Library as we present Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban movie! We will also have a costume contest and hand out candy/books on the way out of the movie as we send kids over to Trunk or Treat at Bunch Park.
